The "Chicken Coop" is a newly constructed open concept two story house with 2 Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Boasting an abundance of windows, hardwood floors, forced propane heating and ceiling fans throughout. The "Chicken Coop" will comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. The moment you enter and view the luxuriously decorated rooms you will know you picked the perfect place to roost. Relax and take in the abundance of natural beauty while you relax on the 650 square foot wrap around deck with its view of Cane River. Or you may want to walk down to the river to frolic and splash in the cool fresh water just a few steps away. The Cane River has an old fashioned style swimming hole complete with tree ladder and rope swing for hours of water time fun without the high water park costs and rushing traffic of the big city. The home is very Private with no other homes in view so be as quiet or as noisy as you please.
The living room has a large leather sofa which also opens into a Queen-size sofa bed and two over-sized leather recliners for you to relax in while viewing the 32 inch television set. The home also has satellite TV. The kitchen has all new appliances including side by side refrigerator with ice-maker, garbage disposal, microwave oven, dishwasher and whirlpool washer and dryer. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils and bed and bath linens all onsite. Enjoy your dinner inside in the dining area surrounded by large windows allowing you views of outdoors or step outside onto one of two umbrella dinettes on the front deck. There is a gas barbeque on the deck and also an outdoor burn pit for campfires. There is also a CD player and a DVD player for your use.
On the upper floor you will find the exquisite Master Bedroom with king-size four poster bed, a futon and a 27 inch television for your viewing pleasure. The second Bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have large windows that allow you to hear the sounds of Cane River as well as the views of the outdoors scenery.
