SUNSET RIDGE
The Sunset Ridge Cabin is perched near the top of a ridge overlooking Mount Celo, one of the 25 highest peaks in the Eastern United States. The property falls impressively away from the front deck of the house creating unbelievable views of the South Toe River Valley and Pisgah National Forest. Mount Mitchell, the highest point in the Eastern United States is minutes away and can be accessed via hiking trails or the world famous Blue Ridge Parkway.
The cabin is a convenient one level with 3 bedrooms off a vaulted ceiling Great Room with log fireplace. The master bedroom, which has a queen bed, is located in the rear of the house and has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, as well as private deck. The second queen bedroom is located in the front of the house, which allows you to open your eyes to views without leaving bed. The third bedroom is in the rear of the cabin and is equipped with two nice twin beds. Both rooms have closets.
The kitchen is equipped with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, cook wear and an assortment of classic German beer drinking glasses. See the below list for a complete list of kitchen wear. The contents of the kitchen include: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Mixing Bowls, Silverware for 6, Plates for 6, Beer glasses (8), Wine glasses (6), Wine Opener, Wine Rack, Coffee Mugs (6), Frying Pans (3), Spatulas, Ladle, Pasta Spoon, Colander, Cutting Knives, Cheese Grater, Cheese Cutter, Assorted Pots, Serving Plates, Tea Pot, Sugar Bowl and Creamer, Measuring Cups, Whisk, and Pyrex Dishes (3).
The house also features Air Conditioning, Washer/Dryer, Satellite TV, and crisp clean mountain water from a spring 500 feet below the house. There is a grill on the back deck and Adirondack style chairs on the front deck.
The cabin has all the creature comforts of home, but what you will always remember is the sun slowly setting over Mt. Celo as you sit on the front deck in the cool mountain air of North Carolina.The Cabin
